Is there a long-term Hosting Contract?
No. The maximum duration you can purchase Breeze hosting is 1 year. And you can cancel your plans at any time, with the unused hosting resources refunded to your account.

When do you Charge my Card?
The amount of your subscription will be deducted from the credit card each month on the same date you signed up for the service. If you signed up on 15 August, the next payment would be on 15 September. You will get an email related to raised invoice a few days before the bill. If you like to pause your hosting or server, you can contact our sales team. Or delete your server.

Do Breeze provide Coupons?
If you are looking for Breeze coupons and searching for them -- you will not find any, as we don’t offer any. But we do give terrific discount. There are several reasons that we decided to not enable coupons. We have 10+ plans to cater every size of business. We are accepting credit card for now. However, you can consult our support team if you are looking other method of payment.

Can I customize my Hosting Plan?
Yes! We understand that, with sales and discount going on, fixed plan is not always the best fit for eCommerce websites. We would be glad to design a plan dedicated to your store. Simply, open a new ticket, and one of our Account Manager will reach out to you. You can discuss the requirement with the Account Manager, and we will create a custom plan for you to approve. Once you find everything fine, we can proceed with the billing.

Do you Offer Discounts if I Pay in Advance?
Yes. Please check our plans to see how much you will save if you take the annual plan. We will refund the unused amount if you cancel your subscription at any time of the year. There is no risk in billing with Breeze.

Can I Transfer Billing to my Client?
You can see an option to Invite User to the Company, with Billing role. That role enable the user to pay the Bills. You can add client account as the Billing manager.
